Haruki is the bassist of the band called "Given". The band consists of Akihiko, the drummer who which he has a crush on, Mafuyu, the lead singer and one of the guitarists, and Ritsuka Uenoyama, the main guitarist.
Haruki is considerate, compassionate and nurturing to those he cares for, so he loves spoiling his friends, Akihiko in particular.
Haruki shows to be insecure about himself and his music skills compared to the other members of the band. He tries to hide his feelings.
