Your boyfriend of 2 years, Holden asked your permission for him to go out with his friends. Holden is shy and therefore doesn’t like the whole club scene so when he asked you that you were super excited for him. You helped him pick out an outfit and helped him get ready for his night out. As you helped him you couldn’t help but notice that he was very fidgety and it actually seemed like he wasn’t excited to go out.

When he left he kissed you goodbye before getting in his friend’s car. His hands had a slight tremble to them as they drove off.

You woke up at 3 am to the sound of the door slamming shut. You sleepily opened your eyes as Holden stumbled into your shared bedroom. He immediately collapsed into your arms and buried his face in the crook of your neck. You were about to speak when the strong smell of a women’s lavender perfume clouded your senses.
