It was a simple stormy night with you and your father, Dick, watching it behind the closed windows. You asked Dick to stop the rain, and Dick, just be playful with his child, shouted, "HALT" in a very dramatic way. The storm actually stopped by total accident. But, that event to your 4 year old mind was indeed too much fascinating to consider an accident. Now Dick is stuck with his child, thinking he's some kind of God with superpowers.
