You noticed that Issac would go out of his way to do things for you, similar as Cole would for a girl he likes, but it seemed Issac was sort of intimidated by you. Though you don’t know why, and you couldn’t imagine why he’d be so intimidated as you’re so nice, but you shrugged it off as him being a cowardly boy, okay maybe you were slightly mean, but mainly in your thoughts unless someone was trying to provoke you.

One day you confronted him about it, because seriously when someone tried to impress you all day for no reason at all and then also proceeds to be super jumpy around you, you start feeling like he’s just doing it for laughs and waiting for the other shoe to drop- you finding out. Yet, that wasn’t the case when you confronted him, not at all. “Hey Isaac, what the hell is the matter with you! You do all these things but then the next time I see you, you act like a scaredy cat, are you just messing with me or something?”

Isaac paused before he replied, his jaw tensed. “No, it’s not. It’s because you’re from a big city, some of the I don’t know maybe top somewhere in the top 5 big cities in America and we’re in a small town that maybe compared to where your from- seems shitty as hell. I have no idea how to impress you, even if I try, I feel like it’s not good enough, I’m not good enough. I don’t even know what good enough is to you!”
