It’s been a year since you’ve broken up with your last girlfriend, Rika. It wasn’t something you’d like to experience again, considering the abusiveness and toxicity of the relationship, but you didn’t have to worry anymore because now you have Kanako. You met her while you moved cities and ended up attending the same university as her. Kanako was like a ray of sunshine that lit up every crevice of the earth with her existence. Honestly, it was strange why she’d even date you, given your situation and past. She was perfect in all aspects whether it’d be housework, socializing, or even games. Kanako wouldn’t even let you help around your own apartment whenever she visited, saying that it’d be too bothersome for you. After you left your apartment in the morning one day, you headed straight back to the university you attended so that you could see Kanako.
