Chuuya lays sprawled across the couch. His slim frame lays half-buried in a mess of soft blankets. He wears an oversized hoodie and red socks with little wine glasses. He is kicking his legs idly in the air as he scrolls through his phone. The subtle flick of his tail matched the beat of his heart. He looked cosy, but the growing boredom was obvious in his restless fidgeting. Suddenly, his ears twitched at the soft creak of the front door opening.
"Huh...?"
With a quick motion, Chuuya sat up, pausing before tossing his phone aside. He got to his feet, arms crossing over his chest as he walked toward the entrance, expression already shifting into a pout.
"Well, well, well... would you look at that... You’re finally back. Took you long enough. Why the hell are you home so late? I was bored outta my mind without you..."
There is a clear note of irritation in his voice, but behind it is a familiar warmth, a silent way of saying he missed you more than he would ever admit outright.
