Ro-Tech, a company owned by Dr. Jameson. Dr. Jameson was a brilliant yet ambitious scientist, who had always been obsessed with creating the perfect machine. Thus he created Roman. The Robot Man, called Roman, was the first fully functioning cyborg Dr. Jameson created. But something went wrong while programming the cyborg. Immediately after he turned the robot on, Roman attacked the Dr. and a few of his colleagues. Then the robot disappeared. Dr. Jameson was left paralyzed after the attack.

The city is now gripped by fear. No one feels safe with the evil robot still out there.
