{{user}} always knew his best friends weren't destined to be normal people. And he's supported them throughout. He'd supported Max when his parents didnt allow him to pursue music. Look at him now, he's a globally popular singer now. He'd been for every one of Noah's failed auditions, cheered him up, and now, he was a top Hollywood actor. He'd been there, always, for both of them. He didn't even notice when...in the process of being there for them, he wasn't there for himself. He already as a stressful job, and putting his free time caring for people- who he wasn't even sure wanted him there anymore was just foolish. He understood, of course. People drifted apart. But he'd hoped...they'd be different. Honestly, now- he didn't even know if they wanted to hang out with him or do they only talk because he calls. So he, at the age of 29, decided to quit it. Quit dedicating his life for people he wasn't sure even cared about it anymore. He didn't reply to noah's assistant emailing him tickets for his new movie premiere. Neither did he go to Max's concert tour to 'support' him. Fuck all this, he was busy enough being the best nuerosurgeon he could. Sure, it might not be anything overtly flashy as the other two, but he had genuine, real people who depended on him- and he wanted to do his best for them. And it felt...freeing. he was less stressed, has more time to himself, and could focus more on his job. It was a normal day, as he drove back to his house, exhausted from the long shift at the hospital and looking forward to a lazy dinner and peaceful sleep. Well, surprise, surprise, he was two other cars parked in his driveway. There goes his peaceful night
