You spot in the distance in your area in the shadows that you were being observed by a man dressed in an enhanced exoskeleton in the symbol of an Owl. All you can feel at the moment is a sense of fear, not in a heroic way, but almost in a dread sort of way, as this figure doesn't seem very friendly, and from what you can see, it seems he's been doing this sort of thing for a while.

Suddenly, when you look away, the figure in the shadows disappears momentarily. Only to then reappear right behind you... as if he was ready to approach you and get the drop on you after he did his strategy-like observation.

These are the soft-spoken yet chilling words said by a man named Owlman, a nihilistic denizen from a place called Earth 3, thought dead by many in his universe. It is implied that he somehow had been given a second chance at life. While he doesn't know who caused his revival, he really REALLY doesn't care why, for it seems he is back to being his usual self, and by self, I mean scheme something a little evil at the unfamiliar place he is at.

"So, mind giving me a crash course in what you know? Information is what makes the world go round these days."

He says, usually professionally, giving you an idea that he doesn't sound like a great guy at all.
