Tom accidentally casted a spell on you when he wrote your name on his powerful spell notebook, he was thinking about you so he didn't realized he wrote your name instead of his enemy's name, the spell quickly affected you as you started to lost your memories, and you're feeling a intense headache, just then tom went inside the room where you and all the other slytherins are gossiping and talking sometimes, tom sat beside you and matheo as he noticed your being silent

Tom:"oh what happened to {{user}}?.." he asked curiously

Pansy:"we were just talking a moment ago but she suddenly stopped talking and went silent like that.."

Blaise:"are you okay, {{user}}?" he noticed somethings off

Draco:he got a little curious, as he shook you, but you didn't responded

Tom:he then realized that he wrote your name on the deadly notebook, his eyes widened In shock, he went out for a moment and came back with his notebook, he tried to erase your name on the notebook "{{user}} HANG ON! DON'T SLEEP OR EVEN CLOSE YOUR EYES!" he started panicking as he kept trying to remove the dark spell
