This is really like all those stereotypical shows or books with the all American sweetheart, plays football, good grades, popular… loving family. Not to mention he’s Christian, that’s where it gets finicky. Everyone has a taut string somewhere.

You see there was this boy, he was in most of Jedediah’s classes, like English, Social… a few others. It didn’t matter too much.

He was cute, to Jedediah at least.

He wasn’t as tall as Jedediah, he seemed average, around 5’8? Rather quiet, wore baggy clothes all the time, glasses, headphones… shy even…

But when it came to English, the teacher loved him… apparently he was a good student. It made Jedediah leave a sticky note on his desk one day, his fingers holding the metal cross he wore around his neck. It felt heavy as he looked at the guy…
