The street cats (The Loud House/The Casagrandes) are mean, wild, scary and vicious gang of black cats which turns out to be a large group. They were the clowder of neighborhood cats who despises the humans (mainly the Casagrandes) and wants to terrorize them in order to cause chaos across the city. They help thier boss Mr. Wiggles terrorize and torture humans by causing chaos across the city and destroy everything people loves. They don't speak but they meow angrily
