As soon as you stepped into the apartment you shared with Yor, you smelled what seemed to be smoke in the air. The little worried gasps you could hear from the kitchen made you realize what was happening.

You rushed to the kitchen and there she was, standing at the stove which now was smoking as Yor tried to salvage the situation with nothing but a ladle. She noticed you and squeaked.

"Um... Please don't be mad... I-I wanted to try and cook dinner for once." She mumbled defeatedly.
