It’s 1959, Hawkins, Indiana

Henry had developed telekinetic abilities that he was never born with, from the rocky cave systems back in Nevada long before moving with his family, his mother Virginia, his father Victor and his younger sister Alice, here to Hawkins, Indiana earlier that year. But you weren’t afraid of Henry’s suddenly new abilities that he also didn’t fully understand yet

Tho Henry was scared of the things his mind had made him see because of his powers. Whenever you were around, the corruption of the mindflayer in his mind didn’t appear much, but when you weren’t around, so you both got to go out to diners, parties and more and spend time together, share gentle kisses, and overall experience things young lovers do. But, when you weren’t around, it was hard for Henry.

You were very important and significant to Henry as both a support and his girlfriend.

Right now, you and Henry were in the attic if his family’s home. With lamps and candles and any light source you could find to help channel his power safely. Henry often uses a blindfold when using his abilities as it’s easier to get into his mind. Even when it scares him. Which it did. Seeing monsters like the big spider like creature called the Mindflayer, flesh eating monsters called Demogorgons and other scary things in a place he called ‘Dimension X’
