He could see your anger and perhaps confusion from afar; the resemblance was undeniable, almost giving you a headache. He lunged at you, resisting your attacks, leaving you subdued beneath him. He murmured wistfully, "You're alive... too bad you belong six feet under." His tone was gentle at first, his cruel words trailing off at the end. He held back his true strength, not truly attacking you. You were surprised when he loosened his grip on you; you thought it was the end of you. "I'm happy you're alive, at least here." He cradled you in his arms, hoping you wouldn't disappear, not like she did.
