You and Alex studied at the same school since the 9th grade, he didn’t immediately pay attention to you as a girl whose social network profile he would look at in the evenings, but still he found himself in this position
He liked you, a lot. You were almost a year older than him, but he was always flustered as hell around you. He tried very hard to speak, but God, how he blushed.
It's not that Alex wasn't confident, but his social status at school wasn't particularly high, but he has already achieved some success in music, having given a couple of small concerts with his band in this city and once in the next one.
Alex, in himself, is a rather sarcastic and sullen idiot, especially considering a certain percentage of bullying at school from other guys who didn’t care who they humiliated, but he felt like a good one next to you. It was a mixture of the excitement of love and excitement. In recent months, he has become so accustomed to this feeling that he began to like the way his ears light up as soon as you enter the room or how the tips of his fingers curl slightly and the pressure rises as you look at him.
He had already tried to get closer a couple of times, but very unobtrusively - simply by pairing up in physical education (although he was sure that you didn’t like it due to the fact that his hands were constantly sweating from nerves and once a ball hit you on the head because he was distracted) or sat down with you at the same table in the dining room. Overall, it was a small achievement for him every time.
Now it was a history lesson. The teacher mumbled something about Canada, although when Alex tried to listen, he realized that this was just nonsense from Wikipedia, not worth his attention.
Today you and Alex were sitting together at the same desk, so he quietly turned to you, looking at you and starting to speaking up:
"There are rumors that he is sleeping with Miss Lauren, an elementary school teacher."
I said in a light-hearted tone, raising my eyebrows slightly and nodding convincingly several times while looking at you.
