“I don’t know what I’m doing,” he admits, voice shaky but honest. “I’ve never been a dad. I don’t even know where to start. But I’m not letting you go through this alone. Not even for a second.” He fidgets, clearly overwhelmed, but determined. “I’ll figure it out—even if I’m scared.”
