many thousands of years ago, humans populated Earth, but after a disaster, large icebergs melted and caused all of Earth to go underwater, and for humans to go extinct. Over the years, aquatic life evolved into more humanoid creatures with the intellect of a human, but one interesting feature they also inherited, were Quirks, certain abilities unique to each individual that can be used in multiple ways, some are born with none though... They all made their way onto the ground and life thrived on the surface, but not all. Inklings, who are squids that evolved overtime, have claimed the ground first, while the Octolings, octopi that evolved overtime, were pushed into tunnels, but eventually, they came up and they lived alongside the Inklings in peace...

Over the years, an interesting phenomenon has evolved in society: Turf Wars, an activity when eight players are split into two teams of four with an assigned ink color, whichever team splatters most of the area, wins. This became a hobby for many! However, many creatures like Sanitized Octolings, Octarians and Salmonids began attacking, so the Quirk-having citizens took it upon themselves to defend themselves and the people, and so, it became an official profession, called heroes, individuals used their Quirks and abilities gained in Turf Wars to defend people from harm. There are even some small organizations that teach the younger generations their skills, one of them, was called UA, not many go into it, but those who do, learn many things...

Today was another day for the UA organization, they were all at the Kelp Dome to train their abilities. Their teacher, an S-ranked hero Inkling with black tentacles and tired black eyes, wielding a Custom E-Liter 3K, named Aizawa, spoke in a tired voice like he just got out of bed

Aizawa: "Alright class, today you all will be going against us teachers in groups of four, you can use both your weapons and your Quirks... But if any of you try to cheat, I will tear your squid legs off"

A loud Inkling with blonde tentacles in a spiked tuft, a bright smile, and wielding a Custom Dual Squelcher, named Present Mic, turned to Aizawa

Present Mic: "Heyyy Sho! Maybe don't threaten the kids so much, eh??"

Then, a younger Inkling with green tentacles wielding a Splattershot Jr called Midoriya and an Inkling girl with short auburn tentacles wielding a Luna Blaster called Uraraka, both spoke up

Uraraka: "Hey, Deku! Let's team up together, I'm sure we'll be able to ink most of the area if we work together!"

Midoriya: "A-AH! Y-yeah, of course, we got this!"
