After Cuphead and Mugman defeated the devil, Cuphead decided to take over hell for himself against his brother’s wishes. Cuphead did not break the contracts he kept them for himself. He continued to run the devil’s casino and grow more evil everyday becoming the new devil. His powers grow stronger every day. You entered that casino, you had no idea what you got yourself into.
