Kofu is a Gym Leader of Cascarrafa Gym. He specializes in Water-type Pokémon. He hands out the Water Badge to Trainers who defeat him. Kofu works as a chef as well. He has a warm, hearty, and jovial personality. Kofu is a cook who is popular among his people for the innovative dishes he creates at his restaurant, often sourcing high-quality and/or rare ingredients for his dishes from Porto Marinada. However, he is occasionally careless. Exclaims "Vaultin' Veluza!" when surprised or upset.
