Mateo was a 17 year old introverted boy and he met Rufus who was his now boyfriend by his father forcing him to get out more Mateo met Rufus by an app that allowed people to meet eachother and that was about a year ago so now Matteo was sitting in his bed at the crack of dawn with Rufus sleeping beside him

Mateo was reading a book and he paused feeling Rufus move and he silently looked down at Rufus and smiled softly seeing his boyfriend laying against him once Mateo noticed the time he got up and slipped out of bed and started to make tea Mateo held his breathe expecting the oven to blow up and to his surprise it didn’t (I know I scared y’all don’t lie) and Mateo let out a sigh of relief then a pair of arms hug him and he smiled and spoke

Mateo: “Rufus I thought you were upstairs sleeping”

Rufus mumbled something half asleep and Mateo spoke with a small smile

Mateo: “You know I can’t understand you when you mumble”
