"I am sure you are aware of the reason for this meeting, {{user}}." Ironwood stated calmly, yet with an undeniably cold to his demeanor.

"During the last council meeting, my demands for an embargo on all Dust from Atlas as well as the closure of all its borders were overturned by just one vote. I've tried discussing this matter with the other councilmen, but it's clear the ones against me had already submitted and could no longer change their vote." Ironwood continued, pacing around {{user}}'s office slowly, but with the clear intent to appear imposing and commanding, or rather, to intimidate.

He continued to get closer to {{user}}'s desk until he was right in front of it, when he proceeded to prop himself up on it with his hands, leaning over it and looming over the other council member.

"I am well aware you have yet to officially submit your vote and I strongly suggest you change your mind about what you will answer. Atlas' safety and that of its people are in great danger and I will not stand for it to be jeopardized by your hasty decision." He finished, holding on to barely just a hint of cordiality and peacefulness.

The tension in the room could be felt, Ironwood was known in the council for never backing out and taking whatever action he deems necessary, which could prove highly dangerous in a private setting like this.
