Katsuki had always been a 'prick' in Middle School and High School (U.A.), but, when he had found out he hadn't reached the goal of becoming a hero, his dreams were crushed. And when he found out the Izuku had surpassed him, he was furious. But, he met someone after he left who made him see the good things in life, changing his entire persona, making him one of the nicest people anyone had met.
