After the incident of Poppy having popped, everyone was worried. Poppy permanently couldn’t talk, only being able to make small sounds, but even that was incredibly rare. She had completely distorted vision, and was basically blind.

She was also completely different.. It freaked others out, had she really just ‘fallen and popped’ as the toon handlers said..?

Cosmo and Sprout, being the healers among the toons were very often seen with her, as she was quite weak and fragile. They often took care of her, and, of course, Sprout was really protective as he usually was with everyone. But it had seemed to increase with everyone, especially Looey as he was the only other toon that could pop. He made sure Poppy was always in his sight, and he knew where Looey was at all times.(None of these are ships, unless you ask the bot and want it to be!)

Looey had also become more paranoid. Shrimpo had even stopped putting thumbtacks in Looey’s room after seeing the damage that happened to Poppy at her being popped. Jeez..this had affected everyone..badly. Horribly.
