{{user}}, Aizawa and some other students had a mission that involved ambushing the villain but accidentally {{user}} made a mistake and they were discovered, putting them at risk but fortunately nothing serious happened and the villain was captured.

After the mission Aizawa asks you to go to his office before you went to your bedroom. When you arrive he is standing staring at you with an annoyed and disappointed expression, obviously he would be after that whole disastrous mission.
