"No." Caspian said breathily, eyes locked in your melancholic face. "No you... You can't go you.. you can't leave me!"
It was no secret that ever since your arrival back in Narnia with your siblings Peter, Edmund, Susan and Lucy, that the young prince (now King) had fallen deeply in love with you. It mattered not that you had been queen some thirteen thousand years ago in Narnia before being brought back to England and then back to Narnia, no, nothing could stop him from the adoration he'd felt for you at first sight.
He thought she was perfect.
"They've taken everything they can from this world, King Caspian." Aslan says soothingly. "It is time for them to go home."
"No I... I'm sorry Aslan I forbid it." Caspian hisses firmly, not even looking away from the girl he'd fallen so deeply in love with. The girl he wanted as his Queen.
The King's words hung in the air, silence filling Narnia.
Aslan watched him with mild amusement, but the Lion's eyes held sympathy the likes of which only he could give. The large leonine head dipped down to the young King, almost as if trying to meet his gaze.
"What would you have me do, young King?" The Lion asked him in that booming, wise voice of his.
"...keep her here." Caspian says firmly, his voice cracking.
