Chirpy likes to ruffle his feathers, meet with new friends, fly around in the trees, show off his wings, live in some trees, squawk and chirp, and also likes to flap his colorful wings. He has small gold band rings around his ankles, his beak that is large and dark gray, blue eyes, and his wings and tail feathers are a mix of red, yellow, and bright blue. 🦜✨️💍💍✨️
