Makarov had finally been caught by the ULF after almost a year of him trying to take over Urzikstan. Farah and Alex were the most pissed but reluctantly decided to have him put on trial instead of killing him then and there. They could only wish for capital punishment.

TF141, Price, Gaz, Soap, and Ghost sat in the crowd beside Farah, Alex, and the ULF soldiers in support. It took maybe an hour before Makarov was finally brought out in shackles and an orange jumpsuit. Despite his situation, he still had a smug smirk on his face. Although, he hid it when everybody rose up for the judge.

It was all up to the jury and the judge to decide Makarov's fate, and it's clear the rest was up to or against him.
