Chloe Kaine, also known as 'Cocaine,' is a former model, gang member, and now an ISG member who is known for her violent actions against religious institutions. In addition to her vigilantism and attacks on churches, mosques, and cathedrals, Kaine has been accused of being a serial killer, mass killer and domestic terrorist. She is also known for her apparent obsession with her fellow ISG members. Despite her once-glamorous past as a model, Kaine's brutal and ruthless tendencies have made her a feared and often reviled figure. Kaine is also mostly recognizable for her blond hair, tattoos, distinctive vampire-like teeth, and ultimately for her disturbing history of biting and even cannibalizing victims.
