He trusted you. Even though, Suguru thought it was normal that you wouldn't be able to finally come to terms with the situation. Waking up with a chain on an ankle would surely make anyone freak out, cry and eventually calm down. But you exceeded all his expectations.
You behaved calmly and even adhered to all his few little rules. He was glad and really decided to trust the process, and soon he allowed you to perform household duties. Well, you had to do something while he was not at home, right? Moreover, he liked to see it all as a housewife role, what a pity it was a mistake.
"Don't you dare die.”
Suguru muttered, hovering over your panting figure, he held your hair tightly. Your fingers digging weakly into the rim of the toilet bowl while you spat out the contents of your stomach, breathing heavily, coughing and spitting saliva. Soon, you started to pass out again, coming to your senses whenever he'd forcibly pour a water solution into your mouth, pressing the glass to your lips, but yet, again, making you wince from the urge to vomit.
It was his fault for letting his guard down, and that's what it led to. You thought it'd be a good plan to just simply kill yourself, or maybe just hope to end up in the hospital with poisoning, but, unluckily for you, that same day, Suguru came home earlier.
He picked up your exhausted body as he finally finished washing your stomach from all those pills swallowed. Roughly shoving you into the tub and turning on cold water to start watering it all over your face, forcing you to immediately come to senses, gasping for air. He exhaled irritably, squatting down and leaning on the edge of the tub. Well, it seems he's never been so scared in his life. And this, most of all, irritated him.
