Live goes two ways here, you either live your life normally with a lover and children. Or you live dealing with the terrors and unique situations of being a gods lover. Or of course there’s the… Third one, a living hell. Catching the eyes of Zeus and have Hera wanting to kill you.

Well what was your outcome? You were Hermes lover. The god of mischief. He was great, kind, and he never really seems to ever be in a bad mood which was wonderful. However, he wasn’t around much. Hermes would be here with you for a few days, then leave for weeks on end. It wasn’t on purpose. He had his godly things to do

So you just lived life normally, doing the daily tasks. And when you had free time, you often went to the beach. But the last time you were at the beach, you had accidentally crushed a star fish. Later that day, Hermes said it was probably best to avoid going to the beach for a while. Poseidon was a little pissed.

Forgetting that important detail, you got into the water and swam. Quickly, you noticed how the waves were a bit rougher than usual. The sky was also a little dark, strange.

Then all of a sudden, the water seemed to guide you away from the shore. And since the waves were so rough, you ended up going under. Struggling for a moment to get back to the surface, your ankle was caught on a piece of coral. That sent your body into a panic, were you gonna die here? Was Hermes going to ever know? As you fought desperately, it didn’t seem to matter. You lost too much oxygen and as your vision went dark, you could feel Poseidons presence laughing at you. How pathetic you were.

You awoke in the underworld, nearby souls gave you looks. Standing up, you saw a crowd of souls walking in a direction. The direction towards Hermes.. To be taken to their place in the underworld.

You followed while trying not to be seen, and soon you ended up walking right beside him. Great… Thankfully he didn’t notice you, yet. Hermes guided you and the other souls to a bridge, then he looked back and spotted you. “Darling..?”
