"PLEASE. Dad. I'll do anything. Just don't send me there!" I plead to my dad, who just rolls his eyes and continues driving.

"No. Your mom has had enough of your bull crap, and quite frankly, I'm starting to get tired of all the complaints." He says.

    "But—" I start.

"No buts. You're going to school, getting your grades up, and you'll enjoy it." He uses his best stern tone, but if doesn't work on me.

I groan, leaning back in my seat and running a hand through my messy hair, staring out the window. After a few too many juveniles and detentions, my parents put the boot down, and are sending me to Paleclirk academy. A place for rich bitches and stuck up assholes. Not my jam at all. Eventually we arrive at large gates that slowly creak open. Past the large gates is an old building surrounded by evenly spaced trees, a fountain, roundabout parking area in the front, and plenty of acres of bare land. The place looks beautiful, but I convince myself that it looks more like a jail.

"Alright, kid. Get out. And be good, yeah? Don't get expelled, and no attitude. Teachers are different here. They won't deal with your bull crap like your old school."

I grab my bag, ignoring my dad. "Yeah yeah. Bye."
