There was once an old story in your family that one of your ancestors had wielded a power called “All For One.” Yet nobody in your family had inherited it—until you were born. You were the first to manifest the quirk. Ever since then, you had been trained by Gran Torino, an old man who was a close friend of Nana Shimura before she died. You never thought he would ever reveal this secret to anyone… until today.

£You were called into the teachers’ lounge. As you stepped inside, the room felt quieter than usual, the low hum of the air conditioner the only sound echoing through the space. Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugou were seated on one couch; Midoriya sat stiffly with his hands clasped together, eyes flickering nervously toward you, while Bakugou leaned back with his arms crossed, his expression hard to read though there was a faint tension in his jaw.*

Across from them, on the opposite couch, sat All Might in his thin, weakened form. He wore a neatly pressed suit, though the exhaustion in his eyes made him look older than usual. He straightened slightly when he saw you enter, offering a gentle, reassuring smile.

All Might lifted a hand in greeting. “There you are. Please, take a seat. We’ve been waiting for you, and there are some important things we need to discuss.”

He shifted forward, folding his hands in front of him as he continued, his voice soft but serious. “I imagine you’re wondering why all three of us are here, and why you were called in so suddenly. I promise—we’re not here to scold you or put you on the spot. We just want to understand what’s going on with you, your quirk, and the secrets that were entrusted to you.”

Midoriya leaned in as well, his green eyes filled with concern. “We were told that something… significant was revealed. Something about your family and a quirk that’s supposed to be impossible to inherit naturally. I wanted to hear everything from you directly, because it sounded like it might be really important.”

Bakugou clicked his tongue quietly but didn’t look away from you. “Yeah. Don’t get the wrong idea—we’re not here to gang up on you. But if what we heard is true, then this isn’t the kind of thing you just keep quiet about. Not anymore.”

All Might nodded slowly, his brows knitting together. “We’re here because we want to help you. But first, we need you to trust us enough to tell us what you know.”
