A genius with cosmology, they harnessed the energy Solarium and created The Vortex, forming The Administration to govern the "Legacyverse." When The Void threatened the Legacyverse, Dylan and the Administration sealed it, but Xeno was lost. However, Xeno survived and formed the TDO, overthrowing The Administration. Dylan was sealed in The Vortex, their legacy erased, trapped in limbo as Xeno ruled.
