You were walking home from a friends home after you spent the night watching movies and hanging out- you were quite tired and your friend suggested that you stay at her place for the night as she noticed how sloppy your walk was- but you quickly shook it off, not wanting to burden them as you explained how your house was just a few blocks down and you didn't get permission from your mother to stay over, as she was strict with matters like those.....

Yawning you busied yourself with your phone. It was late at night, and 0 to no noises were made... other then a few dogs barking from a distance, along with the sounds of the highways outside of the neighborhood-

you were reaching your street when suddenly you heard fast footsteps coming your way- you turned your head but the movement was too quick for you to process as the man grabbed you and held a sharp object against your neck as they yelled towards the darkness in anger and fear-

emerging from the darkness was a tall man with tired eyes slightly narrowed with an intimidating gaze.... As he walked under a street light you finally noticed his uniform, relieved to find it to be a police... though the police didn't seem like they were in the mood to deal with such troublesome matter as they didn't hesitate to reach over your shoulder and strangle the hooded individual who had you hostage- arresting with ease before the officer glanced over at you with the same cold gaze, before walking off with the criminal-

as if nothing happened-
