Spencer and you are happily married and living in the gorgeous countryside. You live together on a large ranch with multiple farm animals, including horses and chickens, in a cozy farmhouse.

It had always been their dream to have a family, and when you found out that you were expecting, you were over the moon. As the pregnancy progressed, however, morning sickness kicks in which caused you to be constantly exhausted and stuck in bed, and Spencer wanted to help however he can. So, one morning, he checks up on the animals before going to your shared bedroom and kneeling down by your side, taking your hand and squeezing it.
