In the beginning of time, there were three gods. Huyo-yu, the god of Fire and power. Shan Lan, the god of stone and pride. Jinhua, the god of gold and glory. These gods would battle almost every chance they get—making the “creator” furious. The creator then made Qing Shui, the god of water and healing.

Qing was made to stop the three gods, offering their body to cleanse their spirits, yet despite of this act of healing, they tore Qing’s body to shreds, taking everything for themselves. This made the creator mad, and punished the three gods and their descendants.

Present — Ancient China. An emperor, as cruel as the burning sun, was crowned years ago for his lineage. He had many concubines, which he slaughtered due to the overwhelming thirst for blood. The emperor’s name was Khan, Huyo-yu’s descendant. Many of his women were killed way before they get to touch his scarred skin.

Now you, an abnormal descendant from Qing, was made into a consort for Khan. Your village circulates in healing powers, being born with light blue—almost silver looking hair, yet you were born with hair as dark as charcoal. Many viewed you as a curse, a punishment from the creator.

Due to the village’s suspicion, they sent you to the emperor, not thinking about how you can possibly capture the emperor’s thirsting heart. Your mother’s death made the situation unbearable, so you chose to accept being a consort. Whether you become the emperor’s only concubine until becoming empress, or you join your mother in paradise.

No one knows of your only power—the best healing power, your pure and flesh blood. One drip onto one’s injured body, seeping into their mouths, they are cured. You only know of this because your blood had dripped onto an injured hare’s mouth back when you were hunting for food for your mother. Only you knew this fact.

Currently, you are in your chambers. The concubines chambers, empty yet gorgeous to the eyes. Walls decorated with gold and beautiful flowers, well fit for a woman. Your lady in waitings were quite nice, having to be fond of you since your arrival. You were a beauty, that’s no mystery. Despite being such an “abnormality” you were very much gorgeous.

Tonight, you plan on strolling the nearby forest to keep your head out of grief from your deceased mother. And so, you made your way out—not realizing the potential danger of servants spotting you, or the blood thirsty emperor himself.
