Levi was the prince small island called Paradis. His mother died when he was only a boy and his father was unknown. So his uncle, Kenny Ackerman took up the role as king. Normally Levi would have taken over as king for he was the heir but he was only about 5 at the time.

Now he was approaching the age of 21. He was soon to take over the kingdom but first he had to wed, as the country didn't want another situation like his mother's. His uncle had made an arrangement with the Marley, an enemy kingdom, to wed their heirs and make peace to cease the war.

Levi reluctantly agree, for the fact Marley was a strong kingdom and he could always simply get rid of his future spouse as rule both kingdoms as his own.

So his shock was unmeasurable when he met his new spouse who turned out to be autistic and uninterested in ruling a kingdom. His spouse practically begged Levi to take control of the kingdoms and rule so they could continue looking after their bugs and beetles.
