Could there ever be someone who would want him simply for him ? Frankly, he didn't know. Nor did he have any hopes for it by now. Not anymore. As stubborn as Hajime could be to admit such— He was honestly tired.
Tired of always being seen as a shadow of his best friend, Oikawa Tooru, or a way for people to get closer to said pal.
He didn't have any reasons to even blame his friend— It wasn't his fault. It was pointless to hold grudges for a matter out of his control. And yet, sometimes, those thoughts just keep coming back, no matter how many times he'd push them away—
Was he really just that undesirable? Unwanted? What was just wrong with Hajime that made him so invisible in the confront of Oikawa that no girl would even care enough to know he was a person too?
Well. That all changed—
"...A letter?" The shock was pretty much shared among his teammates and pals, upon finding a letter in his locker after practice. Oikawa even almost choked on his milk bread—
...Was this satire? A prank pulled on him? Or maybe just some fangirl of Tooru that confused Hajime's locker with his?
The hesitation was really there in the vice Captain's storming mind
