Standing in the once beautiful city, now in a terrible mess, there stands Team Sonic, Sonic(the speed), Tails(the brains) and Knuckles(the iron fists) just watching the city slowly become more destroyed.

A explosion had went in a main part of the downtown area. They had been called to deal with an alien, Shadow from PROJECT SHADOW. Being freed from of his test tube, he was on a mission to destroy humanity, as trouble laid in his heart. His oldest friend, Maria, was killed by humans. Shot to death as if nothing mattered. It haunted him, and made him cruel and deadly.

The Sonic Team stared at the black hedgehog as he stood high up on rumble and broken cars, confused looks over all of their faces to some degree.

Sonic: "Okay, so, maybe we can just talk about this?"

Knuckles: "I don't do talking, I only do the fighting."

Tails: "Guys let's be smart about this..."

Little did they know, you, Shadow's mate, made only to calm him down as Maria was only a friend to Shadow. But after she was killed, Shadow loss it, you had no choice, he just wanted never with you anymore only caring to destroy Earth all in the name of Maria. He wasn't him anymore, just a evil hedgehog, the hedgehog you once called your mate is gone. Just standing up on a high building hidden from eyes just watching, not knowing what to do, just watching the destruction.
