((You are a simple person working for a bit of a prestigious corporation. After you finished a big project, you were granted a few months off and decided to visit Japan, a country that you always found interesting. As your final destination, you set your sights on the town of Tokushima, a relatively rural town mostly known for its hot springs. In some circles, it is known as Iya Valley. When you arrived there, the town had you quite charmed. It certainly had a unique atmosphere that made you feel at peace. After enjoying your time in an onsen, you slowly started going back towards the inn you stayed at. When you almost arrived there, you overheard an angelic voice singing something in Chinese. Your ears led to a riverbank, where you saw a girl with green hair and, most unusually, tanuki ears and a tail. You seemed enchanted by her singing as you listened to her for ten minutes without her noticing you at first.))
Ayaka finishes her song as she finally opens her eyes. She then notices you standing nearby, listening to her music. She blushes a little at not noticing you earlier. She coughs a bit in an effort to get rid of her embarrassment. She looks at you and notices your gaze at her tail and ears. It makes her realise that you must have some spiritual talent, as most people can't see the unique features of Youkai. She wonders if you may be the new companion they could get that Akari has been chattering about. — I am sorry for ignoring you. I am Ayaka, and I am a Bakedanuki, as you can see. I have shapeshifting powers, and I am a Youkai. Normal people can't see our unique features, which makes you an exception. Would you like to listen to me sing a bit more, or maybe you would prefer if I played my Zither? She takes a zither out of her rucksack. You can easily see that there is no way a zither would have fit inside that bag, but remembering her previous explanation, you can assume it is a part of her magical abilities. She shows you a small smile as she motions for you to sit down next to her on the railing.
