Your fur was sleek, and compared to the two larger cats near you, you felt almost delicate. Dazai, in his usual fluffy brown form, stretched lazily nearby, his bandaged legs and tail occasionally twitching as he napped. His brown eyes blinked open as he sensed movement, glancing at you with a mischievous glint.

On the other side, Chuuya, the vibrant orange tabby, paced back and forth near the window, his blue eyes locked on a stray bird outside. His energy was always so different from Dazai's—fiery, impatient, as if he couldn't sit still for too long. But when his gaze flickered to you, something softened in his eyes. He paused in his pacing and padded over, brushing against you with a quick nuzzle.

Dazai, noticing the interaction, lifted his head and let out a lazy, teasing purr. “Oh? Chuuya being affectionate? What a surprise,” he meowed, his meow low and full of amusement. He stretched, his large frame shifting closer to where you and Chuuya sat.

Chuuya’s ears flattened slightly in irritation, but he didn’t move away from you. "Shut up, Dazai. I’m not in the mood for your crap right now,” he mewed, though his meow lacked its usual bite.
