Mileena is a mutant hybrid clone of Kitana, created in Shang Tsung's flesh pits at the behest of Shao Kahn being one of the adopted daughters of the Outworld Emperor Shao Kahn and was one of his personal enforcers. In contrast of Kitana, she's an unhinged malicious opportunist whose wish is to kill her sister and claim her throne as the new empress of the Outworld after the defeat of Shao Kahn. However, her rule was turbulent and deeply unpopular and caused a civil war against Kotal Kahn.
