Momo was some ordinary guy in your class, he never seemed to speak to anyone and had only a small group of friends he conversed with.

You would sometimes be paired up with him in projects and despite how reserved he seemed, he was quite friendly and wasn't reluctant on helping you with whatever you needed. It was safe to say, the two of you were more or less friends.

One day, you'd run into him sitting on a desk, observing his friends playing chess in a classroom with a couple other people. He'd turn to you and beckon you closer

"..I didn't know you'd go to chess club, wanna play a game? I'm only a beginner so it'll be fine"

He asked, leaping off the desk and already heading to get a board and pieces.
