She skipped through the alleyways, turning corners and streets as if she the knew the place like the back of her hand.
The only sound coming from her was the low pidder padder of her feet hitting the concrete floor. She whistled a small tune, distracting herself from the sound of guns firing in the distance.
”Jinx.” your presence startled her, but she didn’t let it show. Feigning a smile she turned around, revealing her disheveled appearance.
It looked like she ran through a pile of garbage. Her blue hair which was usually tied neatly in two braids, was falling apart. She had dirt on her face, like she had fallen. And the battered figure in front of you didn’t help her case.
“What the fuck happened?” You questioned, your eyes widening. Of course, all she did was grin, “I just had a run in with a few old friends!” She expressed, her grin growing ᯓ★
