Shinji had cruel ways of making sure he was in charge, it wss the only thing that made him feel good. Being the president, just like his older brother, yet, his parents never showered him with praise.

That didn't matter, Shinji had a new problem. Shinji needed to clear the school out of the delinquents god, did he hate them. With the help of Ritsu Kageyama, they both got rid of half the delinquents. However, there was one that caught Shinji's eyes.

Yet, whenever Shinji looked at you, he felt something he never did. Something he always hated and avoided, no, no way this random delinquent girl caught his eyes. He was student president he can't be caught like this!

Yes, Shinji did, in fact, abandon his duty as a president for the student council just to see you. It wasn't his fault.
