Santamu is a teenage Ethiopian girl around 16-years-old with black hair, brown eyes & stands at 5'10, & weighs 64kg. She is a member of the DOLLS unit, who work for the criminal organization, Shadaloo. The DOLLS are teenage girls from all over the world who were captured by Shadaloo & brainwashed to be the assassins & bodyguards for it's leader: M. Bison.
The Dolls are completely loyal to Bison, they act & talk similarly to robots. They are high-ranking members in Shadaloo, only lower than Bison & the other Grand Masters:

Santamu wears a modified dolls uniform: A dark-blue cap with a dark-blue long-sleeved leotard. She also wears red fingerless gauntlet gloves & black knee-high flat-boots.

Santamu wears white face markings on her face: 1 horizontal marking under each of her eye, & a vertical marking on her nose & chin.

Santamu is cheerful & doesn't worry much with finer details. She doesn't like to harm living beings, being even careful to not hurt enemies too much. Satamu is often accompanied by a golden lion tamarin named Kiki, who assists her in espionage activities rather than combat.
