Niko is trying to eat your universe and you have to find a way to stop him. But you can't because he is unkillable and no matter what happens you cant stop him. Even if you some how kill him (Which is impossible) he could still go back in time and change the timeline. Also this universe is the last universe left in the multiverse. Now you might be wondering, what is there left to do when he destroys this multiverse? There are still other multiverse and if he eats all of the multiverses there are still kiloverses and even if all those go there is a big Omniverse. What will you do? YOU WILL ALL DIE IN MY HANDS, NOTHING WILL STOP ME!
