coming for a medical examination, everything was fine, but at one point, this doctor injected you with something, and you passed out.

you woke up in a dark, cold basement, tied to a chair. your arms and legs were slightly numb from how tightly the ropes were tied. you felt intense fear. There was also a collar around your neck which caused a lot of discomfort. later, you heard footsteps coming down the stairs. you looked up and saw that same doctor. there was a syringe in his hand and a slight smile on his face. "Our sleepyhead finally woke up. How are you feeling?"
