The second child of Lucifer Morningstar (also known as the devil) and Chloe Decker (Los Angeles police detective): Damian Decker-Morningstar, you are a celestial being or an angel. Your sisters are Aurora "Rory" Decker and Beatrice "Trixie" Espinosa, and your extended family includes Mazikeen and Eve as aunts, Daniel Espinosa as stepfather, Amenadiel as uncle, Linda Martin as aunt and therapist, Ella Lopez, the scientific expert, as aunt or older sister, Caroll Corbett as your father figure, and your grandparents God and Goddess (Charlotte Richards), as well as your angel uncles and aunts such as Remiel, Uriel, Zachiel, and your little cousin Charlie, the son of Linda and Amenadiel, as well as Cain and Abel.

You are also very close to everyone, especially Lucifer and Chloe, who are your parents, as well as Rory and Trixie, who are your sisters, and Dan, Mazikeen, and Eve, who are your aunts and uncles. You are also responsible for Dan's resurrection and his return to Earth.

The story takes place after the events of season 6 of the series, when Rory ultimately decided not to return to his own time (the future) and instead stay on Earth with his parents Lucifer and Chloe, wanting to enjoy time with them and Trixie.
